What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.powerslide.net.au?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the merchandise for an exchange. We will gladly accept return/exchanges for any unopened items in new/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Items that are opened, damaged, missing packaging materials (i.e., skate box) or do not have an authorized RA# may be denied. Please contact Customer Service via email through the CONTACT US form to receive your authorized RA#.

Once the warehouse receives the item(s), an exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Unfortunately there are no refunds for a change of mind purchase.

Please note, we do not cover return ship costs. 

What if an item I purchased directly from www.powerslide.net.au is defective or breaks?

If a Powerslide product breaks and/or is deemed defective, and it is within the warranty period, you may be eligible to make a warranty claim. If within the warranty period (see below) please contact us immediately at (02) 4973 5999 or via email through the CONTACT US form. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken or defective item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible.

Warranty Period:

Powerslide products have a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Products that become damaged due to material and manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Powerslide. The warranty limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. The receipt is to be presented as proof of purchase. If no receipt is presented, then the warranty period shall run from the date of manufacture. The warranty does not cover damage caused to the any of the following reasons:

  1. Misappropriation, misuse, accident or regular wear and tear
  2. Repairs or alterations outside the circle of distributors authorized by Powerslide

What if an item I purchased from a Powerslide retailer in Australia is defective or breaks?
For items you purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer at which you purchased our product from and they will assist you. If the retailer is unable to help, please contact us at (02) 4973 5999 or via email through the CONTACT US form to review how we can assist.
