Shipping policy

What are your standard shipping costs?
We have a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders up to $299.99. Any orders $300.00 or more will receive free shipping anywhere in Australia. This will be sent out with standard post using a number of couriers, based on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once you have successfully completed your order through our website store, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your order number along with details. Once dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to the email address on file. Please contact us via email through the CONTACT US form should you need any additional information concerning your order.

Are there various shipping options?
We offer standard shipping using a number of couriers. If you require express shipping, this is offered at an additional cost using Australia Post Express. 

How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
Orders are typically shipped out the day of your order, or the following morning.  Once dispatched, delivery times can range from 1 to 7 business days based on your location, potentially longer for addresses in New Zealand. All packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Newcastle, NSW.

Do you accept international shipping addresses?
We ship worldwide to most countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us

International Orders: 

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items weight. All international orders are sent with Australia Post and customers will receive tracking once the order has been dispatched. 

If Import Duties, VAT/GST and Clearance Costs are charged on entry of your order into the destination country they are payable by the customer.
